Each "arm" sticking out of the each of the
ring frames has a custom cut and fitted piece of G-10 under it.

Then each of
the pieces of G-10 and the arm is filleted, (kind of like thick frosting
out the hard corner) |
Finally 36 oz
of fiberglass cloth is applied over the fillets, G-10 and arms. |
