Each "arm" sticking out of the each of the ring frames has a custom cut and fitted piece of G-10 under it.
Then each of the pieces of G-10 and the arm is filleted, (kind of like thick frosting out the hard corner) Finally 36 oz of fiberglass cloth is applied over the fillets, G-10 and arms. Just another shot showing one of the ring frames in place. Guy prepping the bulkheads for the epoxy tabbing of the bulkheads The tabbing wetted out and attached to bulkhead and hull. The tabbing for the top of the bulkhead is done too. Each of the bulkheads now connects completely to the hull, is tabbed and epoxied in place. Much stronger than original.
Melissa and the Port Bulkhead. Note that we replaced a piece of it that was slightly water damaged. Melissa sans the face mask! A wider shot of a completed bulkhead.
